Together towards success

Preparing status holders for work in the energy sector: the Energy Skills pre-entry program. The status holder learns more than just technology. Communication, collaboration, and working in the Dutch workplace are also part of the program. The status holder receives a job guarantee with a partner organization. In this way, we help both status holders and host organizations to recruit more personnel in the technical field.

Each person in status receives their own job coach. This coach guides the entire process. During the 13 weeks of the pre-employment program and afterwards. The coach is the point of contact for questions, challenges, and growth. This ensures that the transition from the pre-employment program to a job within your organization goes smoothly. This coach is also a point of contact for you as the receiving organization.

A status holder on your team

With Train-the-Trainer training courses, we prepare you for this. You learn about communication styles, cultural sensitivity, giving feedback, and how to build an inclusive team climate.

We share practical tips and inspiring articles with you. These come from colleagues in the field, learning experts, and other companies. This keeps your team informed and well prepared.

The result: status holders who feel supported and at home. Team leaders who know how to help and ensure long-term success for your organization.

Frequently asked questions

How long will the job coach remain involved?

The job coach guides the entire pre-employment process. During the preparation phase, the 13-week training, and during the first few months when the person with the status starts working at your organization. After that, the coach remains available. Not every day, but when it is necessary. It all depends entirely on what you and the person with the status need.

What if there are problems in the first month?

The job coach is your partner. If you have any doubts or questions, call or email the coach. Together we will find a solution that may involve communication, stress, or adjustments to tasks.

How much time does the train-the-trainer cost me?

These are practical, compact training sessions. They take little time and yield a lot of results. After completing the training, we share tips and articles. You decide when to read and use them. It’s about small, conscious steps.

How does the job coach help with integration into the team?

The coach makes arrangements with you. What is going well? What could be improved? How can the team support the status holder even better? The coach is also a listening ear for the status holder. For example, for questions about culture, work, or personal matters. This speeds up the integration process.

What if it still doesn't work with a permanent resident?

Sometimes it just doesn't fit. Even then, the job coach is ready to help. For example, to help you have a conversation to find a solution together. With the right guidance and a little patience, it usually works out.

Do we also get tips for buddy and team leaders?

Absolutely. We regularly share practical tips, articles, and other forms of inspiration. Share this with your team. For example, an article about building a good conversation, first aid for uncertainty, or how to recognize growth.
